Many things that happens in our life or in our country nowadays may not be that good but it is not really productive to focus on these few things that are negative... we don't have to deny our problems but we should not waste so much energy focusing on the problems that's making us feel sick and hopeless but instead let us focus more on the other things that can make our life better inspite of the challenges that comes.. we should learn how to change our views into positive by changing our focus to other most productive activities.. .

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet.
He held up a sign which said: 'I am blind, please help.' There were only a few coins in the hat.A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and
dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money
to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, 'Were u the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?'The man said, 'I only wrote the truth. I said what u said but in a

Going the whole 12 rounds, Manny Pacquiao wrested the World Boxing Council super featherweight title from Juan Manuel Marquez in a thrilling rematch in fully-packed Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.Pacquiao dominated the 10th round, managing to sneak in punches to the head of his already bleeding opponent, who had a cut over the right eye.
The last few seconds of ninth round saw both fighters getting really aggressive and trading punches in the face.
In the seventh round, both fighters inflicted punches that resulted in cuts under their eyes and entered the eighth round more aggressively trying to lunge at each other.
In the eighth round, Marquez landed two punches in Pacquiao's face that clearly stunned the Filipino challenger.
Both fighters coasted through the fourth and fifth rounds of their 12-round rematch after thrilling their fans with an aggressive first three rounds at the Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort in Las Vegas on Saturday (Sunday in the Philippines).
In the third round, Pacquiao sent Marquez down on the canvas with a left cross to the jaw with just 19 seconds left.
Pacquiao entered the second round clearly the more aggressive fighter, but Marquez ended the round clearly in his favor, landing two punches in the face of Pacquiao just seconds before the bell sounded.
The rematch started off with the two fighters warily sizing up each other as expected, but the already very excited crowd got roused up when Marquez connected with a jab to the face of Pacquiao, who is out to wrest the World Boxing Council super featherweight from him.
The 29-year-old Pacquiao, in white trunks, weighed in at 129 lbs, while the 34-year-old Marquez, in black trunks, is at 130.
Pacquiao and Marquez entered the arena with an eager full-house audience composed mostly of Filipinos and Mexicans waving their respective national colors.
The fight has been tagged Unfinished Business as it is widely seen as a continuation of the last bout of the two fighters in 2004, in controversial drawn bout, in which Pacquiao managed to knock down Marquez three times in the first round alone.

The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.
Regimen:
1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
3. At 6 pm, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 pm, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 pm, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many. "Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder clean up now and then.

"As expert says, the stones above came from both the liver and gallbladder. Green to bright green stones reflects a relatively healthy liver and gallbladder. The photo above was taken after the stool was cleaned - in order to clean off and isolate the stones hidden within the stool.
I noticed what came out from me after this self cleansing method were the green and dark green stones (about 30 to 40 )with a mixed of few brown stones.

2.) Five Minutes : If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.
3.) Nothing : This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.
4.) Go Ahead : This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!
5.) Loud Sigh : This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement
often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an
idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing
with you about nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)
6.) That's Okay : This is one of the most dangerous statements a woman
can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard
before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.
7.) Thanks : A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you're welcome.
8.) Whatever : Is a women's way of saying F@!K YOU!
9.) Don't worry about it, I got it : Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to #3.Then you RUN!
For all men out there, be warn about arguments for which we can
avoid it if we remember the terminology.

One day all the employees reached the office and they saw a big notice on the door on which it was written:
"Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth
in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral
in the room that has been prepared in the gym".
In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their colleagues, but after a while they started getting curious to know, who was that man who hindered their growth of his colleagues and the company itself.
The excitement in the gym was such that security agents were ordered to control the crowd within the room.
The more people reached the coffin, the more the excitement heated up.
Everyone thought: "Who is this guy who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he died!"
One by one the thrilled employees got closer to the coffin, and when they looked inside it, they suddenly became speechless. They stood nearby the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul.
There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself.
There was also a sign next to the mirror that said:

You are the ONLY person who can revolutionize your life.
You are the only person, who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success.

]]>Just wanted to let you know that I have recently been diagnosed with a very serious condition and there's no hope I will ever recover. The scientific world is frantically searching for a cure.
This is an ailment many of us suffer from and may not as yet have been
diagnosed, however now you may be able to discuss it with your loved ones and try to explain what really happened to you all those times you tried so hard to accomplish something and didn't.
I call it the "But First Syndrome."
You know, it's when I decide to do the laundry, start down the hall and
notice the newspaper on the table. OK, I'm going to do the laundry BUT
FIRST I'm going to read the newspaper. After that, I notice the mail on the table. OK, I'll just put the newspaper in the recycle rack.
BUT FIRST I'll look through that pile of mail and see if there are any bills to be paid. Yes, now where's the checkbook? Oops.-.there's the empty glass from yesterday on the coffee table. I'm going to look for that checkbook,
BUT FIRST I need to put the glass in the sink. I head for the kitchen, look out the window, notice my poor flowers need a drink of water. I put the glass in the sink, and darn it, there's the remote for the TV on the kitchen counter. What's it doing here? I'll just put it away.
BUT FIRST I need to water those plants. Head for door and--Aaaagh!
Stepped on the cat. Cat needs to be fed. Okay, I'll put that remote away and water the plants.
BUT FIRST I need to feed the cat.
End of day: Laundry is not done, newspapers are still on the floor, glass is still in the sink, bills are unpaid, checkbook is still lost, and the cat ate the remote control And, when I try to figure out how come nothing got done all day, I'm baffled because.
I KNOW I was BUSY ALL DAY!!
I realize this condition is serious...and I'd get help. BUT FIRST I think I'll check my e-mail and or my blog first!

A STORY…….
One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live
They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son
How was the trip?
It was great, Dad.
Did you see how poor people live? the father asked.
Oh yeah, said the son.
So, tell me, what you learned from the trip? asked the father.
The son answered:
I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end…
…We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond
…We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.
We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
We have walls around our property to protect us; they have friends to protect them
The boy's father was speechless
Then his son added,
Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are
Isn't perspective a wonderful thing?
Makes you wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don't have
Appreciate every single thing you have!
